Yes seeing that pic now it may be that one of the contacts has disconnected, had this with a cluster a couple weeks ago where the screen would light up but show no text, was a simple repair.

New screens aren't available anymore unfortunately however if you send the cluster to me I can take a look at it for you. Can see if I can fix the screen, if not I have a few replacement highline clusters with good working screens on the shelf so can supply a ready coded replacement cluster that'll work plug and play
