I know this may not appeal to all.. but.. I would like a rear screen for a tourer without the heated rear window bit!

Would this be possible rick!

I'll sell you my old one when the new one's fitted...

...or did you mean one without the wires, rather than just a non-working one...?

cheers for the interest guys. Sorry yes as pointed out, the rear screen doesn't have the aerial for the radio etc as they're on the sides. Forgot about that (don't own a tourer myself). Basically what I'm saying is they'd be manufactured to be identical to the original ones quality and set up wise.

They can only manufacture the glass, not the metal frame that the glass is bonded to.

What an odd request lol, well I guess they could do it if you could find a minimum of 9 others who would like the same

Default Tourer rear screen

Hello there. I'd certainly be interested. All of the filaments in mine are well and truly defunct.
Cheers

This remanufacture never went ahead unfortunately as there was not enough interest.

If you want some form of heating you can buy stick on elements and rails.

Have you checked the fuse, supply wires and earth side of things? If none are working then could be a supply issue, or can you see any damage?
