Yep, leave it all in place and put a piece of 2mm thick aluminium between the egr pipe and the exhaust manifold. Use the gasket as a template and no one will ever know!

![]() Make sure the flexi is connected to something solid at each end.
Ie, don’t blank and leave unconnected to the egr valve. The result would be the flexi elongates and rupture. How do I know this?🤔🤔🤔 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

![]() it's best to blank the manifold, think you have to take the battery / battery plate off for easy access. This is the one like I used:
