Hi Rick,
At last, the IPK is on its way, should be with you tomorrow. Obviously I cannot now drive the car but I do have a spare IPK out of a V6 . Would that cluster allow me to move the car on the drive or will I have to push it! It’s a heavy old lump the V8!

Oooh I'm not too sure when it comes to the v8s. That would be a question for MarinaBrian or Phil-t4. I would have thought running the v8 just to move it without the cluster in place would be ok, but best to check with them. |

As long as you don't drive it further than 60 miles, you will be fine

Thank you Brian, I hadn’t planned on moving it but just in case. Rick has completed the job so I should get it back early next week hopefully. What happens after 60 miles!

Hi Rick,
Thanks for turning the IPK around so quickly, did the PayPal money come through okay? I’ll try to arrange to be home to sign for it if you can give me a ‘heads up ‘ when it’s on it’s way. Sorry I couldn’t get the money early enough to you on a Friday.

Hi Rick,
IPK arrived this morning, installed and what a difference, you can actually read it now! I was quite relieved when the posty dropped if off this morning, the V8 would have been redundant without it, doubt that Inwould have found another IPK for the V8. Thanks again Rick for a great job.
