I must post a thanks to Kevin at the Rover Repair Centre in Wickford who quickly diagnosed my ongoing front suspension clonking as strut top bearings and replaced both these and the ageing track rod ends for a very reasonable fee.

The car now drives differently altogether, smooth and agile - as I remember it when I first bought it 5 years ago.

I can thoroughly recommend Kevin, who knows this marque well.
