Looks great, did you go to Tom to have this done or did you order the panel and have someone local do it for you?

I ordered the panels from Tom. both cill panles + 1 jacking point.
Got a local (ish) body shop to do the work, only needed N/S doing now, so saved the O/S panel for the future.

Generation Bodyworx, North Walsham.
They collected the car last week & retuned it on completion.

Thanks will keep a note of that for future in case I need to get one done. If you don't mind me asking, how much did they charge for that job?

Hi Rick..
I had ine done at WATTO's on the Rackheath ind estate a year or so ago and they did a good job however they were a bit pricey... Best part of £500 for both sides with Tom's repair panels. They also rebuilt the jacking points.

Pete,
I seem to remember, could be wrong, but didn't you mention that you were not happy with the paint finish from them??

Cheers Pete another one to make a note off. £500 doesn't sound bad if that's for the pair with the jacking points as well. I think Tom charges £150 a side + extra if the jacking points need doing as well if I remember rightly.

Only to the extent that they used a textured paint finish when they were originally just Satin black but on hindsight the paint they used probably protects the sills better.
I'm not sure if they would repaint a longbridge car's sill in original colour.
