Default Fbh retrofit

Hi all

Advice needed for fbh retrofit to a mk2 please

I need an exhaust hose to fit my fbh but can anyone tell me which hoses fit to where and where do I split the diesel line for fuel input?
Will it work straight away after connection and where can I find a replacement glow plug?

I've looked for a "how to" but can't seem to find one

Any help gratefully received.

Willie

Here's the how to I used to fit mine mate, all you need to know

Good info on servicing which is worth doing before fitting.

You don't need to split the fuel line, there is a feed for the fuel burning heater tucked away in the access panel to the in tank fuel pump under the rear seat on the offside.

Once you've fitted the pump at the rear of the car (just infront of the rear offside wheel), and have fitted the fuel burning heater unit, you will need to fit a 20amp fuse in position #8 of the under bonnet fuse panel.

That should then get it working once temp drops to 5oc or below, unless you fit a remote too so you can turn it on manually
