If you have halogen projectors or xenon projectors then yes the beam pattern can be switched to LHD. If you have halogen reflectors then the beam pattern can't be switched.
Xenon headlights have a level which can be accessed via the rubber cap on the back of the headlight behind the main beam. Some halogen projectors have the same level but not all of them. The ones that don't, you have to switch a very small lever on the projectors which you can get to by removing the rubber caps for the dipped beam projectors. Pic of lever on xenon headlight. some halogen projectors have the same lever. |

If your 75/zt has projectors the answer is "YES" they are projectors - remove the rubber cover from the rear of the dipped beam portion of the unit and feel for a thin metal bar that would appear to be hinged, it will move either up or down. Once moved from its original position, the Kick-Up will project to the opposite side which may be checked against a wall or board in front of the vehicle with the dipped beams switched on. Upon returning to UK shores, it simply needs the bar returning to it's original position. Hope this helps.

I don't think the projectors kick up goes to the other side, it just removes it, so you end up with a flat beam with no kickup.

Yes that's right. It gives a flat beam pattern, which is fine for driving on the right hand side. To achieve a LHD beam pattern with the kick up on the right the projectors have to be changed for LHD ones.

This shows the adjuster lever masking the 'kick-up' part of the beam mask.
