Wince unit home button problem
Someone's stolen the home button! I've had this issue on my dad's wince unit for a while now, but its got a lot worse recently. For the last 12 months or so, in order to get the home button on the top right hand corner of the screen to work, you had to touch the screen as far in the top right corner of the screen as you could, otherwise the unit wouldn't detect that you're pressing the home button. But now it's not working at all, so can't get onto the home screen of the Wince unit any longer.
Anyone else had this issue, and any solutions? Tried that screen reset option where it goes onto a white screen with black +'s moving around which you have to touch, but didn't fix the issue. This is the unit my dad has, and the home button on the top right no longer works. Thanks |

Have you tried re-calibrating the touchscreen?

Did you only have to press the top right + once for it to register Rick?

So likely to be software rather than hardware Rick. Any way of backing up and resetting?
