Default It was a nice holiday, but now 75 won’t start!

Been away for 2 weeks, all running well before, car sat in garage. Tried to start yesterday, seemed like flat battery, charged for 24 hours, indicator on charger showing battery charged. When switching on ignition some lights were flashing, but now at position one radio works, and at position two sometimes all seems as normal with dash lights steady. When turning to starter motor position, get a click and dash lights flashing, but no starter motor. The pump next to the battery is making a low vibration noise when ignition on after a while it stops.? Any thoughts what might be going on here? Thanks for any advice, suggestions, cheers Roy
