A few photos of recents mods
Well it’s been a while since putting some photos up on here, so here’s a few
Firstly some after removing the Serpents and fitting 11 Spokes: A few months back I decided to change the IPK, firstly fitted the Silver needles from a ZT to give: But then decided the ZT dials and needles mixed with the 75 Surround worked best: Making the exhaust tips exposed, easy enough to cut out the bumper to fit the heatshield and then slide the tail pipes on: I've also painted the grill centre and slats matt black and added some thin chrome around the fog lights: |

Very nice, but mine has always had silver needles on the dials and clock, is that not normal then?

Cheers and yep thats right Just a standard backbox, the tips were off ebay, can't remember the exact size but it'll be in my history, they just slide on then a screw holds them in place, only bad thing is they point a little low as the standard tips point down slightly, i plan to cut them off and weld them on at a straighter angle though

I'm fairly sure the 75 always had black needles and the ZT had the silver needles, so thats not too normal then, unless it was changed over at some point

The handling is much better, steering is more direct but comfort has dropped a touch, in comparison to the 17's with 45 profiles with these being 40 profiles and all dunlops. The best overall compromise would be the 16" unions but for looks, these

Looking very nice, a damn fine example you have there
Torn between which dial combination I prefer, at the moment the Rover with silver needles is edging it, but the white dials are growing on me.... |
