Plenty of more things planned still, just finding the time to do them. It's definately come a long long way since when I first bought it. Was just comparing under bonnet photos between January 2014 and now, big difference there and a lot cleaner now. Then: Now: Got any mods, changes planned for yours Wayne? |

Update Septemer 2015
Time for another update I think. Been working on a few bits on the ZT over the last month or so. I finally got round to fitting the replacement centre caps on the wheels which I bought months ago. Amazing how freshening up little details can make such a difference.
Also fitted a new custom silicone and metal intercooler pipe. See here http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...=226119&page=6 And finally also have made a start on a small boot build I'd been waiting to do for a while to free up space in the boot, as my sub box was taking up too much space. Still got more plans for the boot which I will update on once I've finished it See here http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=226441 Currently working on another project which will take up quite a bit of my time over the next few weeks. I have also managed to get hold of a set of original side skirts which I will be fitting in the spring next year Lots to keep me busy for now Note for mods: Just noticed there is a "Member's Projects & Modifications" section, could my thread be moved to there please? Thanks, |

2 years on!!!
Wow another year has passed with my Typhoon, can't believe it's already been two years. Haven't updated this progress thread for a while so as it's a 2 year anniversary today, I'll update you all on the progress of my project
Custom Boot Build Project Completed: I completed my custom boot build work a couple months ago with an enclosure for my amp build and fitted, and also LED lights fitted in the boot which i was really pleased with More info on that here: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...=226441&page=2 Auto Boot Lift Mod: I managed to obtain a set of auto boot lift springs which I've fitted, very useful when you're carring a lot to the car Splitter Fitted: Fitted a splitter to the ZT which I received as a Birthday Present Looked much better than I expected, really finishes off the front end nicely. Some more pics and info here: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=232785 Rimblades: I was given some Rimblades in blue some time back, wasn't too sure about fitting them but thought I'd give them a try. Quite like them so they're staying on http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=233647 FBH retrofit: Now for the big one, my fuel burning heater refurb and retrofit with remote activation via text which turns on the FBH and interior heaters. Couldn't be without this now. See thread in this here for more info http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=230123 Navall 3 fitted: Fitted my navall 3 over the Xmas holiday period Got a few bits to finish on it but really enjoying the unit, fitted a reverse camera and freeview TV to it using a dongle for now too Also fitted my drivers side cupholder at the same time So a good year 2015 with 13 different retrofits/mods done Plans for 2016? well I have a set of genuine side skirts which i won't be fitting until spring, and have a spare coolant tank to spray black and fit. Not too sure what else I'll be doing yet, so we'll see |
