This is interesting, mine cdti with autobox is loosing boost pressure when shifting in the lower regions.
I am holding my throttle at 25% and the box shifts to the next gear the boost pressure drops to 1.4 psi and there is no power then slowly he climes back to 6.2 psi. with full throttle he produces 17.8 psi. Does this mod cures this problem? because without the egr valve it run much smoother but I had an engine fault light due to missing egr valve. I was going to clean the the inlet manifold to see if that's the problem.

What other mods have you done to keep it running at 24 psi. Have you removed the cat and egr bypass?

Front 190 calipers, black diamond pads, braided hoses and ATE superblue fluid. I think I've got that covered...
