I was planning on getting some Typhoon next year for the ZT (spent too much on it this year ) when I get round to fitting side skirts and painting other bits and bobs, so would be interested in a price for Typhoon.

Would also be interested in the results as it would be interesting how well a resprayed panel matches the rest of the car with monogram paints.

Thanks for posting this mate

The skirts you would get away with i think because of the different angles it has, I don't know it for a fact but couldn't see why not. Would definitely be interesting to see how well a panel that is adjacent to another!

Yeah the skirts I'm not too worried about but I'd like to get my front bumper and bonnet resprayed one day but that would have to match.

And again these cars are a minimum of 10 years old so to get a good match does require a good sprayer, doing one door for example could stand out like a sore thumb but do the whole side and no problem. I have seen even standard flat colours with this problem. So lets just bare these things in mind and move one step at a time. I will come back with prices as soon as i have tried the paint.
that's true, the aging of the paint on our cars will be a factor to take into account. I had the front and rear bumpers resprayed on my 11 year old Black Corsa I used to have and you could kind of tell they had been resprayed compared to the aged paint of the rest of the car.

Just an excuse to respray the whole car
